Executive Account Manager
Fenner Dunlop Americas is seeking an Executive Account Manager to develop a strong working relationship with our existing and new Distributors in our Eastern Canadian Territory.
The ideal candidate will be a self- motivated, independent and organized individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment. They must be highly organized and precise, with strong attention to detail.
-Identify, from marketing information and knowledge of the area, potential accounts that match the target market.
-Increase sales at target customers through a fundamental knowledge of entire portfolio of products and applications including Belting and Conveyor components to help customers solve problems.
-Successfully build intimate relationships with target customers and develop a deep understanding of current and future needs.
-Work with sales and marketing team to offer bundled solutions that resolve known issues at target customer(s) and can be replicated to other clients.
-Maintain a high degree of relevant technical knowledge to fulfill the job responsibilities.
Represent Fenner Dunlop Americas in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner.
-Five (5) years of demonstrated sales experience with OEM, distributors and End User customers.
Sales experience with some or all of the following products: Belting, Conveyor Systems, Mining products.
-Bachelor degree from a four-year college or university.
-English and French speaking preferred
-Ability to conduct market analysis to determine business opportunities and market penetration.
-Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.
-Strong interpersonal, listening, questioning, and communication skills.
-Approximately 50% travel.
-Mining experience is preferred.
