The Wood Master® brand has been expanded to encompass the entire product line for the Forest Product Industry which will include the original Wood Master product line. Wood Master® Supreme will become Scandura's premium product line of conveyor belting including both the Plylok Supreme® and Straight Warp carcass constructions. Wood Master® II 600 and 800 are two products recently introduced to handle heavy impact applications.

WOOD MASTER® CARCASS

Wood Master® is offered in 110 LB/Ply only. The fabric is a Polyester/Nylon construction designed for general purpose applications where the idler troughing angle is 35 degrees or less. This product will stretch less than 2% at full working tension and exhibit fastener retention safety factors of 4 to 1.

WOOD MASTER® APPLICATIONS

Wood Master® is available in two and three ply constructions with top and bottom cover gauge combinations of 3/16 X 1/16, 3/16 X BB, 1/8 X 1/16, 1/8 X BB. MOR is the only compound available for Wood Master®.

Wood Master® is designed, but not limited to the following applications: Lumber, Wood Chips, Bark, Saw Dust, Pulp Belts, Broke Belts, Tray Belts, Veneer Belts, and Hog Fuel.

WOOD MASTER SUPREME

Wood Master® Supreme is a premium multi-ply conveyor belt designed for tension ranges up to 1200 PIW. The fabrics include 110 LB/PLY, 125, 150, 200, 250, and 300 LB/PLY.

Wood Master® II is a two ply straight warp carcass designed for tension ranges up to 1250 PIW. It is designed for heavy applications where maximum impact, rip and tear resistance are needed.
